Mediation Training
- As training manager for Community Boards in San Francisco, California, created training designs and managed training team of 25 trainers serving 450 volunteers
- As Director of Training for the Center for Policy and Training, the Community Boards spinoff national training arm, designed and conducted training program creating over 300 new mediation programs throughout the
USA, Canada, and Europe
- Designed and conducted research on effects of particular mediator and participant behaviors on the mediation process which has been incorporated in advanced mediator and cross-cultural training designs
- Authored the Handbook for Conciliation-Mediation Trainers
